June 6 -- Wow ! What a Day ! -- Toronto, Canada

Good Day to each of you.  Good news for today:  God so loved the World that He did not send a committee.

Sunday started a bit slowly; but, the momentum built quickly.  It never slowed down.  It just ended when I crashed to fall asleep on my bed.

We started by heading off to the gathering of folks that my host and hostess help to lead.  These saints are always gracious.  Initially Holy Spirit had me talking about the importance of the saints here because this city is so cosmopolitan.  Literally in this group of about 100 believers there are more nations represented than the places I have travelled.  We talked about Holy Spirit's view that so far this year the group is about 12 to 15 thousand dollars below the amount that should be available for reaching out to the nations of the Earth through the people of this city.  Then we focused on building the relationships and spiritual warfare skills that would bring about that transforming outreach to the lives of the people around us.

After sharing some prophetic words with a few of the people we dispersed to gather around the coffee and cake.  As usual, it is during the coffee time many of the people want to chat about some personal issue or another.  One often finds himself during such times having to gracefully extract from a person who wants to dominate the whole time. At the same time we do not want to miss recognition of a genuine need the Holy Spirit wants to address.

About 1:00 James drove with me to another gathering of the saints.  Holy Spirit's focus with this group was on the nature of the true Bride of Christ.  We discussed her character as an eternal person.  We discussed her unity.  And, we discussed the ministry of the saints and of each of the five ministries talked about in Ephesians 4.  Afterward we found corn dogs (also called 'Pogos' here), chips, fruit, and cake waiting in the gymnasium.  It was a bit different.  Only one or two people in the whole group seemed to want to engage in conversation.  Perhaps that was because the leaders knew we would all be gathering for pizza a bit later.

After the coffee time and clean-up, I rode to Greg's home with him and James headed home to spend time with his wife and children.  At Greg's house I sat in one corner and the leadership team of about 20 adults (together with their swarm of children under 8 years old) gathered around to chat over pizza and apple juice.  And wow did we chat !  Topics included, among many others:  the nature of apostles; spiritual warfare; my testimony; hearing and recognizing the voice of God; speaking in tongues;  how to prophesy; how to interpret tongues;  and many more.  We chatted non-stop for about 5 hours and we never ran out of legitimate questions.  The team seemed to marvel that Holy Spirit was so precise and accurate in what He spoke prophetically over each of the team members.

As the hour grew late and people needed to head for their homes, one of the couples with 2 small children gave me a ride back to my home for the week.  I crashed into bed and fell asleep without further delay.

His, thus Yours,
  Stuart

I read all your blogs and enjoy seeing what God is doing world-wide. Only problem is I have trouble keeping up with you! It would be very helpful if in each blog where you describe the ministry happening, if you would remind us where you are - since you always seem to be somewhere interesting! ;) Blessings!

Your comments are very valuable to the Bride and to me.
